2nd Notice for Overseas East and Central Residential and Commercial Plots

Some members have not yet responded to the payments of outstanding dues as per the payment plan for Overseas East Central residential and commercial plots. Therefore all members are requested to update the due amounts by 4th November 2022, to avoid cancellation as per Clauses 8 and 11 of the booking form.

The Management of Capital Smart City is committed to delivering this project within the stipulated time frame. The development work is in full swing by utilizing its resources, machinery, and dedicated trained staff. Achieving this objective, cannot be completed without the support in the shape of payment of installments within the prescribed time frame.
