2nd Notice for Overseas Prime I Residential and Commercial Plots

As per the notification, all development in Overseas Prime -I, has been completed and possession has been offered but still, some of the members have failed to deposit the due installments on time. Therefore, the following is an intimation to all members through this notice.

All members of OS Prime – 1, who have paid 20% and above in their respective plots can clear their remaining pending installments on or before October 26th, 2022, to avoid any inconvenience of cancellation.

Those members who have multiple properties in Overseas Prime – 1 and are unable to clear the pending installments are advised to merge their properties and clear their pending installments to get the plot number. Based on the above, members are advised to opt for this opportunity till the given date, to get the plot number. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel the property.

1st Notice for Overseas East and Central Residential and Commercial Plots was sent on October 5, 2022.
