Balloting completed for Kings Town’s B Sector

Al Kabir Developers recently announced the successful completion of the Kings Town Lahore Sector-B balloting process, as per a post on their official social media handle.

Developers announced in January 2023 that Kings Town Phase 1, Sector B balloting would occur in February 2023.

The company also stated that the balloting results would be available on their website in 8-10 days.

In addition, the company has extended the deadline for submission of open forms for their projects, including Al Kabir Town Phase II, Kings Town, and Maryam Town, until May 1st. 

Al Kabir Developers has also decided to waive the 100% surcharge and restoration fees for forms submitted before the deadline.

Kings Town Phase II is a state-of-the-art housing project located in the prime location of Lahore, offering a luxurious lifestyle and modern amenities to its residents. 

The project has garnered much attention from investors and buyers alike, and the announcement of the deadline for the submission of ballot charges has generated much interest among the project’s members.
