CDA to Construct 5 Parking Plazas Simultaneously

The Capital Development Authority (CDA) has decided to build five parking lots at the same time to fill the shortage of parking spaces for people in federal cities.

CDA Chairman Noorul Amin Mengal chaired the meeting held at the CDA Headquarters. During the conference, participants discussed declining parking spaces and the increasing need for parking spaces in cities. 

A CDA official, whose name was not released, said the CDA president was being briefed on a site planned next to the site under construction in the Blue Area near Savour Foods. rice field.

At the meeting, a member of the technicians suggested that the agency should start building at least two parking lots to solve the parking problem.  

The CDA chairman has instructed the technical department to work in five seats instead of two.

According to the details, the car park will be built in Karachi Company (G-9) and Blue Area (G-9, F-10, F-8, I-8 Markaz). He ordered that construction of the parking lot should begin as soon as possible.

Engineer members shared that the first floor of the car park is used for commercial purposes, while the top floor is reserved for outdoor restaurants.

The  pre-qualification of the enterprise is underway and has been completed. The Citizens Bureau will then start bidding.
