Commissioner gave LDA Target of Mid-April for Flyover Completion

The Commissioner Chaudhry Muhammad Ali Randhawa has directed the LDA Engineering Wing to complete the construction of the Lahore Flyover on Ferozepur Road by mid-April. 

He added that the work of citizens for the common good will not be affected by the NOC’s slowing strategies and lack of coordination. He said that after passing through the Gulab Devi hospital underpass, citizens faced problems due to severe traffic jams on the flyover still under construction.

Commissioner arrived at the site to inspect the construction of the Lahore Bridge and to address local issues. He has designated LDA mid-April as the target date to complete the Lahore flyover extension. 

The expansion of the Lahore Flyover will significantly improve traffic flow for local residents, according to the commissioner. He requested railway authorities to issue the NOC on Thursday as Lesco closes the big poles according to flyover schedules.
