Construction of 2nd House at Capital Smart City and Launch of Smart Eclub

Construction of the Second Smart House in Capital Smart City has begun by an overseas couple, Mr & Mrs. Kamran Zabir.

In a small ceremony, they celebrated their trust toward a brighter future. They shared their thoughts and aspirations via video message as they could not physically attend the occasion. 

As promised half of 50% of the developmental charges were refunded to Mr. & Mrs Mahmood Sultan. The first family who started the construction in the Capital Smart City.

The first smart home in the Capital Smart City, Overseas East Block. 

Lastly, the launch of a mobile application Smart E-Club induced applause for Capital Smart City. 

Now the selling partners and customers can communicate with the management of Capital Smart City to make informed decisions.
