Deadline For Submission of Balloting Charges For Kings Town’s Executive Block

Al Kabir Developers has announced the deadline for submitting ballot charges for the residential plots in Kings Town Phase II Executive Block. 

According to a post on the project’s official social media page, the ballot charges are due for plots measuring 8, 10 marlas, and 1 Kanal.

The last date for the submission of the balloting fee is April 20th, which is Thursday. The esteemed members are requested to submit their remaining installments and balloting charges by April 20th to ensure their inclusion in the ballot. 

The developer has also informed that the defaulting members will not be included in the ballot.

The balloting fee for the residential plots in Kings Town Phase II Executive Block is as follows: 

• PKR 800,000 for 8 marla
• PKR 900,000 for 10 marla 
• PKR 1,200,000 for 1 kanal 

Al Kabir Developers have reiterated their commitment to providing the best facilities to the project members.
