Interchange Construction Letter of Approval from NHA to FDHL

In its 381st meeting held on 4th February 2022, NHA Executive Board granted formal approval for the construction of an interchange at KM- 332-333 to M/s FDHL for its housing project named “Capital Smart City” under Regulation for Access from NHA Controlled Network.

The approved Minutes of the 381st  Meeting and the subject agendas is enclosed for information and further necessary action.

According to the updates, FDHL is planning to start the work on the site in the next 2 – 3 months. The development of this interchange will surely benefit the entire community.

The interchange adds more investment value for future investors and the current ones with direct access to the interchange on M-2 Motorway.

Overseas Central Block, as it has a location in proximity to the interchange is becoming a gold mine for investors.

Not only this, but Executive District, Gate Precinct, Overseas Central, and Overseas East blocks will have a good advantage from this interchange.

Capital Smart City is a legal housing scheme as RDA approves its NOC. The developers have aimed and are working day and night to deliver advanced and smart living facilities to the residents. It is located on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2, near New Islamabad International Airport. CSC is a lucrative project bringing reforms to the real estate industry.
