The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA) has shared the progress on the remodeling of Kalma Chowk Underpass stating that the authority has completed over 560 piles up to date.
Technical Riaz Hussain, the executive director of the PCBDDA, revealed that the underpass project is still being worked on at a rapid clip. The authority has finished more than 560 piles to yet, according to information supplied. The authority is dedicated to finishing the renovation of the Kalma Chowk Underpass within a set amount of time, the executive director stated. Additionally, the authority has completed the cement pouring for the retention walls and accelerated the construction of the parking plaza.
Additionally, the executive director asked commuters to plan their routes in accordance with the traffic warnings provided by the City Traffic Office (CTO) and PCBDDA. According to a city traffic officer, this initiative will solve a number of traffic issues. Numerous traffic wardens have been appointed at Kalma Chowk by the City Traffic Police (CTP).
