Kings Town announced balloting of Phase 1, Sector B

According to a post published on its official Facebook page on January 9, Al-Kabir’s developers confirmed that Kings Town Phase 1, Sector B, Kings Town balloting will take place in February 2023. They have notified customers and dealers. 

Matching is performed for all parcels of 3 and 5 Marla Residential Land and 3 Marla Commercial plot. In this regard, Col (retired) Pervaiz Ahmad Akhtar, Chief Administrative Officer of Al-Kabir Developers, urged file owners and traders in the sector to pay outstanding fees and installments in order to be eligible for ballot by the 25th of the month.

Al-Kabir’s Developer recently merged Kings Town Sector B plot Forms. They have opened up options to allow file owners to merge their 3 and 5 marla residential and commercial plots.
