Lahore Smart City Payment Plan 2022 will be applicable from 3rd March 2022. For now following residential plot sizes are available in the Executive & Overseas Block. 

Executive Block

• 5 marla for 21,60,000
• 7 marla for 28,20,000
• 10 marla for 39,60,000
• 12 marla for 43,20,000
• 1 Kanal for 64,80,000

Overseas Block

• 5 marla for 22,80,000.
• 7 marla for 29,75,000.
• 10 marla for 40,80,000.
• 12 marla for 45,00,000.
• 1 Kanal for 60,00,000.

Balloting will also commence in March 2022.
