The development work on uninhabited land in the Journalist Colony Harbanspura Lahore has been initiated by the Lahore Development Authority (LDA), fulfilling the promise made by the Chief Minister of Punjab, Mohsin Naqvi.
As a result of this development, affected journalists of the colony will be provided with alternative plots at the exact location.
Commissioner Lahore Muhammad Ali Randhawa and Provincial Ministers Aamir Mir and Syed Azfar Ali Nasir visited the Journalist Colony to review the progress of the development work.
The provincial ministers instructed LDA officials to expedite the work to ensure the timely completion of the development project.
Provincial Minister for Housing Azfar Ali Nasir also assured that the LDA will finish the development work within the next few weeks and provide the deprived journalists with their due rights.
