LDA Soon to Release a Mobile App For One Window Cell Online

The provincial government directs the Lahore Development Authority (LDA) to establish an online system through its one-window cell to provide citizens with efficient and transparent services, saving them time and effort. 

To facilitate citizens, the LDA will also develop a mobile application that will enable online submissions of applications.

During the holy month of Ramzan, the one-window cell will operate from Monday to Thursday, 10:30 AM to 2 PM, and on Fridays, from 9 AM to 12 PM. 

The meeting attendees emphasised the need for a comprehensive mechanism to streamline the processes for obtaining completion certificates, building plans, and no-objection certificates and eliminating encroachments.

At the meeting, the Lahore Commissioner and LDA Director General Muhammad Ali Randhawa instructed officials to appoint a permanent focal person to address issues related to the Housing Directorate at the one-window cell. He also urged officials to use technology services such as the E-Khidmat App to simplify identification.
