Overseas Central Announcement of Balloting Date and Selection of Plots

The issuance of Acknowledgement Receipts has been closed which was extended for 1 month on the customer’s request. The balloting of Overseas Central will take place on 12th March 2022, Saturday at the Capital Smart City site.

All members for the selection of plots are highly advised to meet the timeline for the selection of plots as this will not be extended nor shall meet any request later on.

The selection of plots procedure and date is given below:

Members who have purchased their plots in 2018 & 2019 and are eligible for the selection process as per Acknowledgment Receipt are requested to visit the F-11 Head Office of Capital Smart City for selection on their own choice from 14 February 2022 to 20 February 2022 (Sunday will be working day).

Members who have purchased their plots in 2020 & 2021 and are eligible for the selection process as per Acknowledgment Receipt are requested to visit the F-11 Head Office for selection on their own choice from 21 February 2022 to 27 February 2022 (Sunday will be the working day).

Overseas members who will do the selection through email are requested to select five options at least to avoid any hustle and make the process happen in good time.

Capital Smart City is a legal housing scheme as RDA approves its NOC. The developers have aimed and are working day and night to deliver advanced and smart living facilities to the residents. It is located on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2, near New Islamabad International Airport. CSC is a lucrative project bringing reforms to the real estate industry.
