Plan Shared To Develop Ferozepur Road Area Under CBD

The government of Punjab plans to transform Ferozepur Road into a Central Business District (CBD) by constructing modern high-rise commercial projects. 

The proposal involves building commercial centers on Rescue 1122 Academy and Camp Jail sites, which is expected to generate billions of rupees for the government. 

In a meeting, Punjab Caretaker Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi discussed the proposal and directed relevant authorities to prepare a comprehensive plan for the commercial building. 

Chief Minister also asked officials to search for alternative Camp Jail and Rescue 1122 Academy locations. 

The project is expected to promote commercial activities in the middle of the city, and the government has been urged to plan for the CBD Cooperative project promptly.
