PM Urges Speedy Preparations For Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalpur Motorway Project

In a recent development, the National Highway Authority (NHA) has received instructions to accelerate the preparations for the PC-I of the highly anticipated Lahore-Sahiwal-Bahawalpur Motorway project. 

According to reliable sources, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed his desire to obtain the PC-I for the new motorway and has urged the NHA to expedite the work on this crucial aspect of the project. It is expected that the honorable Prime Minister will personally visit Khudian later this month to inaugurate this significant motorway initiative.

In response to the directive, the NHA has taken immediate action by reaching out to the deputy commissioners of six districts, including Lahore, Kasur, Okara, Sahiwal, Pakpattan, and Bahawalpur. These officials have been requested to submit Mouza-wise valuation tables promptly, as this information is crucial for expediting the preparation of the project’s PC-I.
