According to the notification, FDHL has already announced the possession of Overseas Prime 1 in Capital Smart City, 25 months before the scheduled time.
This milestone cannot be achieved without the continued support of our members, although all development work in Overseas Prime 1 has been completed and possession has been declared. Therefore, the following is an intimation to all our members through this notice.
All members of OS Prime 1 who have paid 20% and above in their respective plots can clear their remaining pending installments on or before October 10, 2022, and get the plot number.
Those members who have multiple properties in Overseas Prime-I and are unable to clear the pending installments are advised to merge their properties and clear their pending installments to get the plot number.
Based on the above notice, members are advised to opt for the opportunity on the given date. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to cancel. This is the first notice issued for Overseas Prime I Block.
