Price Escalation Policy Announcement for Smart Villas

Due to the current economic recession, the construction industry is also going through a high inflation period. As the rates of construction materials have been hiked three times. Such force has pushed the management of Capital Smart City to improvise policies regarding escalated payments and possession of the villas. These are as follows: 

The payments of the Villas that are between 80% and to100% will not be revised according to new rates. Those members whose payments fall into the respective category are requested to select their villa and pay the remaining payment until October 10, 2022.

The payments of the Villas that are between 30% to 79% will be revised according to new rates. However, as a facility to the members, the escalated price will only be charged on the balance amount whose payment receipts have not been issued. Furthermore, as a further facility to members, they will be waiving the sur-charges on late payments as well. 

Members are advised to avail of this facility before 10th October 2022, otherwise, it shows member willingness for a refund.

The policy for villas whose payments are between 10% to 29% will be given at a later stage.

Members who are not willing to pay the installments according to the revised escalated rates will be offered a 100% refund of their paid amount excluding MS/ processing charges.
