Smart City Community Meetup 2021

The “Smart City Community Meet-Up” was conducted on October 16, 2021, at the Capital Smart City site. There were several announcements about future possessions and new upgrades in Lahore Smart City. 

Management of smart cities attended the meetup along with associate selling partners and many other people attended the show. The event disclosed satisfying information regarding what will happen next in the development of Lahore Smart City and Capital Smart City.

According to management, there will be two Harmony Park Blocks. The location of one is disclosed near Silicon Valley. 3.5 and 5 Marla smart villas balloting will happen in the first week of May 2022.

In the first week of May 2022, Overseas Prime balloting will be done.

According to the 2022 Masterplan of Capital Smart City, Harmony Park Overseas location will be near Overseas East(Overseas 1). Its balloting will happen in February 2022 the first week.

 According to GM sales & marketing of CSC, Majeed Ahmed Khan, 1000+ villas have been constructed on-site, whose balloting will be done in the first week of February 2022.

From now on the new name of Overseas 1 is Overseas East. Overseas 2 is now Overseas Central.

Lahore Smart City is growing every day and development is in progress. Work is moving at a high pace.
