Software developed by MDA for online approval of residential map plans

The MDA has started developing software that allows users to obtain online approvals for home cards from agencies.

The MDA-initiated One Window operation is information technology (IT)-based and introduces the option to submit home plans online. This greatly reduces the annoyance caused by the large number of people who gathered at his MDA office to approve the plan.

The only requirement to submit plans to his MDA is a computer or smartphone, making the whole process ten times easier. The MDA is also committed to simplifying the process required to approve map plans for skyscrapers and commercial buildings

People can now have their map plans made by architects registered with the Pakistan Council of Architects and Urban Planners, but these must comply with the MDA charter.
