The management of Lahore Smart City announced the balloting details of LSC Overseas 1 and Executive 1 Blocks.
The balloting will commence on 13th May 2023, as per the previous news where developers added to disclose the details on 28th January 2023.
The details of the balloting of Overseas 1 and Executive 1 are as following:
- Minimum 40% to be paid in each file to include the file in upcoming balloting before 21st April 2023.
- In order to choose the plot of their own choice, members have to pay minimum 60% payment before 21st April 2023.
- Important to note that in the first ballot, we have limited numbers of plots, therefore, do not wait for the last date.
- In order to be part of first balloting, members have to get an acknowledgement receipt to make sure that they are included in the balloting.
- This is applicable both in Residential & Commercial properties of all categories.
