Capital Smart City New Master Plan 2021

According to Capital Smart City management, the new Capital Smart City Islamabad master plan will be launched soon in 2021. Once the interchange is approved, you will be moved to interchange points 332 and 333 near the Mandal Bridge.

All blocks such as Executive 2, Overseas 2, and Executive District 1 (except Blocks B and C) will be relocated. The Old Capital Smart City Interchange was just a few miles from the Thalian Interchange.

The map of already balloted plots in Executive District 1 will be revised. Balloted numbers will be the same, but the location will change to the motorway points 332 and 333.

2 Access Points of New Capital Smart City Location

• From the interchange which will be revealed by Capital Smart City management. 
• When you enter the overseas prime road from Chakri road. 

 According to the Capital Smart City New Master Plan, both access points will be ready in two years.

After the official announcement of the new location by Capital smart city, the map will be revised. Other developmental work is in fast progress in Smart City. 

Overseas 1, Block G and H

• Overseas 1, Block G and H.
• Harmony block road development.
• Executive block connected bridge.
• Capital Hills Lake view has been updating vigorously, this block is getting ready to launch with Golf course villas.

The payment plan of Lahore Smart City 2021 has also been launched for investors.
