Handing of Allotment Letter to NUML for Campus Development

In a historic milestone, the Rector, Pro-Rector, and Director Admin of NUML were joined by Capital Smart City management where the allotment letter was awarded to the National University of Modern Languages for the development of their campus at Capital Smart City.

Capital Smart City delivers on its promise to provide not only top-notch residential and commercial facilities but also an international standard, educational institute. Capital Smart City’s leadership staunchly believes in educational progress along with intellectual development.

Therefore, the development of educational institutes is amongst the top priorities alongside infrastructural progress.

In May 2022, NUML rectors gave some visits to the site of Capital Smart City and learned about the fast development pace of the project. This urged them to make the right choice. The professionalism of the developers of Capital Smart City will help NUML to complete their campus on time with the right requirements. 

The land Allotment Agreement Signing Ceremony was held on 30th May 2022.

Previously we saw a major development regarding the land allotment of NuTech, Harley Clinic and Ghandhara Art Capital Smart City.

Capital Smart City is a legal housing scheme as its NOC is approved by RDA. The developers have aimed and are working day and night to deliver advanced and smart living facilities to the residents. It is located on Lahore-Islamabad Motorway M-2, near New Islamabad International Airport. CSC is a lucrative project bringing reforms to the real estate industry.
