Lahore Smart City has announced dates for allocation of plots in sectors A and B – Residential and Commercial

The management of Lahore Smart City is now pleased to announce the allotment & possession of sectors A & B almost three years before the committed delivery date.

Further, the details for the Allotment/Possession policy in Lahore Smart City are listed below.

In Phase 1, all those members who have booked their plots on 100% down payment before 19th January 2022 will choose their choice plots from 6th June till 17th June 2022. This process is on a first come first serve basis.

In Phase 2, all those members who have booked their plots on 100% down payment after 19th January 2022 will choose their choice plots from 20th June till 1st July 2022. This process is on a first come first serve basis, subject to the availability of plots.

In Phase 3, subject to availability, the company will further facilitate its customers on a first come first serve basis, by asking customers to agree with the terms and conditions, which will be shared at a later stage.

All those members who will successfully get the allocations of their plots can begin construction within 90 days from the issuance of the allotment receipt. Those who don’t comply with the conditions will result in the cancellation of allocations of their plots.

On 15th April 2022, the management announced the groundbreaking ceremony of Girls and Boys College in Sector B of Lahore Smart City. 

Habib Rafique Pvt. Ltd. (HRL) has an alliance with Future Development Holdings Pvt. Ltd. (FDH) to develop a high-tech and futuristic smart housing project for the people of Lahore – The Lahore Smart City. Located on Lahore Bypass near Kala Shah Kaku, a connecting area from Lahore-Sialkot Motorway from GT Road, Lahore.
