Proposed Master Plan Launch of Lahore Smart City

Lahore Smart City Master plan 2021 has been launched by the developer. According to the proposed Lahore smart city Master Plan 2021, it has 14 commercial zones and 18 residential zones. It has 4 major access points. 4 minutes drive from M2 Motorway, Lahore Chakk, Bypass Kala Shah Kaku, and 18 minutes drive from DHA Lahore. 

Overseas block, Executive block, a Silicon Valley business center, Health, and Education district. Lahore Theme Park and Sports district is also proposed to be a part of the plan. 

The major sectors of LSC are sectors A & B. Their residential and commercial plots will be constructed in March 2022.  

For now, this is the proposed Master Plan of Lahore Smart City and it can be changed by the developers in the coming time. Surbana Jurong is a Singaporean-based company. Their team has put great efforts into designing the master plan for the second smart city in Pakistan. 

In November, the smart cities joined hands with Pink Ribbon to build hospitals. This tells us about the innovation and facilities they are bringing to the community. 

Previously, management revealed that the new CSC Islamabad masterplan will be launched soon in 2021 providing a vast range of investors and home buyers to choose from.
