Second Balloting Acknowledgment Slips of Overseas One and Executive One

FDHL has already announced the dates for Acknowledgement slips from 13th February to 28th February 2023 for the second balloting of Overseas One and Executive One in Lahore Smart City. 

Those who couldn’t avail the shining opportunity due to unavailability  of acknowledgement receipts, can now be a part of second balloting at LSC. 

All those members who will deposit minimum 50% payment, will be given priority and selection in 2nd balloting. All those who will pay 40% will be given priority in 2nd balloting, however, they will not be given an option for selection.

It is also important to note that in 2nd balloting selection criteria will be +75% if members do not opt for the selection of the plot between 13th to 28th February 2023.

All members need to clear their due/required payments. Due to the limited availability of the property. Note that this opportunity is on a first come first serve basis. This is applicable both in residential and commercial plots of all categories.

The announcement of first balloting of the following sectors of Smart City Lahore came on 26th January 2023.
