Selection Announcement of Overseas One and Executive One First Balloting

Management of Lahore Smart City announced the first selection criteria. The issuance of acknowledgement Receipts was closed and extended for ten days. The balloting for the first phase (Overseas One & Executive One) will occur on 13th May 2023.

Terms & Conditions for the selection procedure are as follows:

Members who have booked their plots on 100%, 30% and 40% down payment can avail the opportunity to select their plot between 29 March till 4th April 2023, a subject that members having selection acknowledgement receipt for first balloting.

Members who have cleared their instalments on time as per the given schedule and meet the selection criteria for the first phase (609) can also avail of the opportunity to select their plot between 5th April till 12th April 2023, subject that members have selection acknowledgement receipts.  

Members who have received their Acknowledgements receipts for the selection of their plot after the company announced for balloting criteria (minimum 60%) can also avail of the opportunity to select their plot between 13th April till 19th April 2023, subject that members having selection acknowledgement receipt for first balloting.

Members are requested to visit the DHA Phase 8 Lahore office and Head Office F-I1 Markaz Islamabad for their selections. Moreover, members can select their plots through the Member Web Portal.

All members are highly advised to make the selection through our online Member Web Portal to avoid long queues and waiting times. If any members still need to register, they are requested to register their member portal by visiting the website.

All members with acknowledgement receipts for plot selection (60% of the plot value) must ensure they have cleared their outstanding instalments smoothly as per the given schedule at the time of selection to ensure clarity.
